Banana Leaf Collective’s 1,000 square foot studio is available for space rentals!
Ideal for a variety of creative gatherings and small public or private events. Our studio has been used for everything from music video shoots to graduation parties. Accessibility note: Our studio is located on the 2nd floor of a building and is NOT wheelchair accessible. There are two sets of stairs that go straight up, with a landing in the middle.

Exclusive use of studio space and equipment
Studio space includes a kitchenette, dining area, and private restroom
Equipment includes but is not limited to private wifi; printer and scanner; arts and craft supplies
Photography backdrop and lighting equipment is available for use for an additional charge of $30/hour
How to rent
Complete our space rental request form. We request booking at least one week in advance.
A member of Banana Leaf Collective will reach out to confirm availability and cost estimate, as well as answer any questions you might have. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a space rental contract agreement.
The first half of your rental payment will be due about at the time the contract is signed. The second half will be due the day of your rental.
